Booking information for Oakley Methodist Church

The Oakley Chapel is available to hire by the hour or by the session - morning, afternoon or evening.

Our current commercial rates are £7 per hour or £20 per session (correct at time of publication).  These charges may be reduced at the discretion of the Property Committee for regular bookings or for charitable events.  We do not usually make a charge for funerals or Thanksgiving services.

All bookings are subject to the "Condition of Hire" (click below for a copy) and there is a strict "No Alcohol or Gambling" policy.

Regular bookings will require a signed Letting Agreement form and single bookings will require a signed Key Form (click below for copies)
